Affordable Grenada

It's not called the Spice Isle for nothing, you can really smell the nutmeg in the air in Grenada. And it could be called the Fruit Island for the luscious bounty growing profusely in the green hills. Then again it could be called Beach Island for the plethora of idyllic sandy strands. We could really go on....

GRENADA CHOCOLATE

Have you ever sampled 100% pure cocoa chocolate? At Belmond Estate chocolate factory, you can indulge in organic chocolate and learn just how Fair Trade this ethical company is, from the beans to the bar, you can even have a go at dancing on the cocoa beans!

UNDERWATER SCULPTURE DIVING

The island of Grenada has over 30 incredible dive sites to choose from but we love The Sculptures. This underwater gallery of sculptures is located just outside St Georges. You don’t need to be a professional diver to enjoy this awe-inspiring site as it can be witnessed from snorkels so the whole family can join in.

FORT GEORGE

Grenada’s oldest fort in steeped in history dating back to 1705 and just happens to have the best vistas of the island. Explore the dank tunnels tunnels and climb to the top to see the cannons and the bird’s eye views of Grenada.

CONCORD WATERFALLS

Walk the walk if you wish, or simply admire from a standstill, Concord Waterfalls are set amidst lush rainforest and provide the perfect setting for an exhilarating swim in the fresh waters.

BB’S CRABBACK RESTAURANT, ST GEORGES
If you’re looking for authentic Caribbean Cuisine, BB’s restaurant can certainly whet your appetite. Famous on the island for their speciality Crab back dish (hence the name), you are welcomed with open arms but make sure you have an open stomach too as the food is too delicious to waste.

One of Grenada’s best-loved beach hotels, Mount Cinnamon has been transformed into modern haven as colourful as the national bougainvillea flower. It’s now an intimate, boutique hideaway surrounded by tropical gardens, with an eco-luxe enclave of twenty-one bright, airy and spacious villas and suites tucked into the hillside. Sweeping veranda views of the glistening white sands of Grand Anse Bay and fully equipped kitchens with cute Smeg fridges are all part of the experience.
