Villa Dubrovnik

Villa Dubrovnik

A pristine, white, modernist building set into rocky cliffs along the Dalmatian Coast, Villa Dubrovnik contrasts seamlessly with the rugged coastline. Our aim is to provide a luxurious retreat for discerning guests in search of tranquillity and a world-class welcome - in a relatively undiscovered part of the world that’s brimming with culture and history.

Sleek and spacious

All 55 rooms at Villa Dubrovnik are designed along clean, modern lines, with sleek, streamlined furniture and subtle nautical touches. All have their own private balconies or terraces, and some feature spectacular sea views. You’ll also find a jacuzzi on the balcony of each Executive Room.

In-room Jacuzzis are present in all suites, along with a separate living area in which to stretch out and relax. Our Romance, Duke’s and Royal suites all have larger terraces, enabling you to unwind and socialise in a convivial outdoor space.

Simply delicious

The Prosciutto and Wine Bar is just the spot for a rooftop drink on a comfortable sofa, as the sun sets over Dubrovnik Old Town and the Dalmatian Coast. The Library Lounge is a soothing environment in which to sample our Afternoon Tea; relax in this bright, light space as you watch the world - and the yachts - sail by.

For a little outdoor dining, Al Fresco Bar Giardino is a relaxed bistro serving up succulent seafood and meats, homemade pasta and light lunch dishes. Restaurant Pjerin is the place to sample our very own ‘Eggs Julia’, or sip on a smoothie at breakfast-time. For lunch and dinner, an imaginative Mediterranean menu includes seafood risotto, handmade ravioli and stuffed rabbit.

Spa, swim and gym

If you want to get active, there’s an indoor swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Villa Spa fuses Mediterranean rituals with modern techniques, using products containing locally sourced Immortelle flowers, to ensure you go home with fresh, glowing skin.

Everything you need to know before planning your dream trip

The Essentials
Private transfers are 30 minutes from Dubrovnik Airport / 55 Rooms, Suites & Villas / 3 Restaurants & Bars / Villa Spa / Private Beach / Complimentary shuttle to Old City
When to travel
The climate of Croatia is classifed as Csa Climate; a warm temperate Mediterranean climate with dry, warm summers and moderate, wet winters with the warmest month above 22°C over average. And Montenegro has a similar climate being on the coast but with alpine conditions in the mountains, the average summer coastal temperature tends to be more around 27°C (81°F) which is peak season (Jul-Aug), when the majority of visitors travel.
How to get there
Flying to Croatia’s Dubrovnik Airport is easier than you imagine, fly scheduled with British Airways or opt for a charter or low-cost carrier that offer a direct service from the UK with a flying time of about 3 hours. For Montenegro, it’s Tivat Airport you would fly into with Easyjet or Montenegro Airlines, who offer a great little service from the UK. Flying time to Tivat is just over 3 hours.
