The Allison Inn and Spa

The Allison Inn and Spa

In Oregon’s Willamette Valley, among seven acres of vineyards, sits The Allison Inn and Spa, Oregon. A spa resort with 85 guest rooms and suites, The Allison is a secluded hideaway in which to truly unwind.

A front-row view

Accommodation at The Allison Inn and Spa offers superb levels of comfort, with each and every room featuring huge windows and plush window seats from which to drink in the majestic views of Oregon’s wine region. All modern amenities - from Wi-Fi to flat screen TVs and Bose speaker systems - are present, while rooms are decorated in soothing natural tones. Original artworks and custom-made furnishings complement and enhance these comfortable, calming sanctuaries. Each room also benefits from its own outdoor space, in the form of a balcony or terrace overlooking the vineyards or Oregon countryside.

From farm and vineyard to table

Fresh from the farm to your table is the ethos at The Allison’s Jory Restaurant. Using organic, locally sourced produce, the menu makes the most of the hotel’s surroundings and adds a unique twist to each dish. From a Vintner’s Breakfast to Blackened Shrimp for brunch, followed by a wood-fired ‘Pinot burger’ for lunch, there’s plenty to satisfy your palate. A Columbia River sturgeon and dark chocolate ‘Pinot Noir Cake’ can be accompanied, of course, by a carefully selected range of fine wines from the local area. For something slightly different, the restaurant also offers Private Dining, Chef’s Table and Open Kitchen options.

Pinotherapy

As with Jory Restaurant, the Allison Spa takes inspiration and ingredients from this lush, fertile region and makes full use of them in its products and treatments. Flowers, fruit, herbs and even pinot noir grapes are harvested from the Oregon countryside and vineyards, to provide a refreshingly distinctive spa experience - whether you choose to relax in the whirlpool or swimming pool or book an exclusive ‘Pinotherapy’ treatment.
