Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi

Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi

The Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is a perfect example of the beautiful old French colonial buildings that can be found throughout the city of Vietnam. Built in 1901, in the wonderful former French quarter, this stunning hotel has moved with the times yet still retains its glamorous, elegant charm today.

Eastern luxury

As you approach the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, the old-fashioned beauty of the colonial structure is there for all to see. Inside, the grandeur you would expect welcomes all guests with marbled floors mixed with dark hardwood panels, and the staff in the traditional dress look fantastic.

There are many rooms and suites, all appointed to the highest standards. Long stunning drapes around large windows, luxurious silk cushions, oriental rugs on highly polished wooden flooring and all the amenities you would expect when staying in such an understated elegant and stylish hotel.

Gastronomic wonders

French cuisine is revered all over the world and here in the award-winning Le Beaulieu restaurant it is showcased in all its glory. For over a century, diners have been coming to this very restaurant to savour the most authentic French cuisine in the country. To appreciate the country’s full culinary spectrum, a meal in the Spices Garden is a must. Here the dazzling array of local herbs, spices and seasoning result in truly sumptuous plates and the distinctive flavours of Vietnam.

Taste and favour all the gastronomic delights the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has to offer. Cocktails, tasting plates and other culinary wonders await you in the hotel’s other bars and restaurants.

The hotel could not be better placed to allow you to explore this wonderful city. Before you step out why not treat yourself to a pampering in the opulent spa or a dip in the hotel’s pool?
