Vanitas offers exquisite dining each day, with all pasta made fresh on the premises and served up on pretty china that is decorated with colourful patterns and gold rims. Il Barocco serves up an international buffet that’s bursting with fresh Australian ingredients like fish and seafood, locally reared meats and freshly harvested produce. Le Jardin is the spot to partake of an Australian high tea, then later you can be serenaded by live music in the lobby.
