How to get there
You’ll be pleased to hear that getting to Dubai is incredibly easy, as the destination has enjoyed a boom in popularity over the past few years. British Airways and Virgin Atlantic both have daily flights out of Heathrow, and for those living elsewhere in the UK, the likes of Manchester, Birmingham and Liverpool offer regular flights with Etihad and Emirates. With transfers into central Dubai taking between 15 to 30 minutes depending on the location of your resort, why not arrive in style and upgrade to a luxury car?
When to travel
The months of May to September tend to be less busy but temperatures can reach over 40°C at this time. For a little less heat, November to May are the cooler months at a balmy high of around 25 to 30°C. Visitors should also be aware that the end of May to the end of June is Ramadan - an important time in the Dubai calendar.
