Mombo Camp

Mombo Camp

Stunningly redesigned and newly completed, Mombo Camp, within The Moremi Game Reserve in Botswana's Okavango Delta, combines incredible game-viewing opportunities with blissful luxury to ensure you have the most memorable of safari experiences. The nine suites in the main camp are complemented by three super luxurious, even more private and intimate suites in its smaller sister camp, Little Mombo.

Romantic and sumptuous suites

Relax on your spacious deck, take a dip in your private plunge pool or simply marvel at the sheer variety and density of wildlife right on your doorstep. Suites here are expansive, decorated in sumptuous fabrics and hand-crafted furniture, offering such luxuries as gleaming, golden freestanding baths and romantically draped four poster beds. Suites and the beautifully appointed bar, pool and dining area are connected by wooden walkways, raised sufficiently high to allow wildlife to wander safely underneath so that guests are delighted by such sights as baboons literally playing beneath you or elephants coming right into the camp.

Unbeatable game viewing

With a reputation for some of the best game viewing in the country, you can look forward to seeing rare black and white rhinos, recently reintroduced to the area, plentiful leopard, elephant and lion, as well as zebra, wildebeest, wild dogs, giraffe and large herds of antelope and buffalo. Crocodiles and hippos and a mesmerising range of birdlife add to the extensive list of species on offer here. Exhilarating open 4x4 game drives with experienced local guides put you right in the heart of the action and allow for amazing photographic opportunities.

Making memories

Evenings here are for sipping cocktails on the beautiful main deck overlooking the floodplains as the sun sets, and for delicious dinners under the stars, sharing memories of the day's highlights with your fellow adventurers. This place can only be described as sheer bliss.
