Le Taha'a Island Resort & Spa

Le Taha'a Island Resort & Spa

Have an unforgettable experience at Le Taha’a Island Resort and Spa. Taha’a is one of the Society Islands, sharing a lagoon with Raiatea Island. The airport at Raiatea is a 45-minute flight from Tahiti. The last leg of the journey is a beautiful 35-minute cruise along the coast into the resort. Alternatively, transfer by helicopter directly from Tahiti to Taha’a.

A Polynesian welcome

Le Taha'a is designed in an authentic Polynesian style, both inside and out. The grounds are luxurious and the renowned Tahitian hospitality will ensure that your stay is out of this world. Whether you choose to stay on land or over the water, this is sure to be a dream holiday.

Explore the land and sea

The waters around Le Taha’a are pristine and the reefs are teeming with life. This makes them perfect for both snorkelling and diving. Whichever you choose, you will be amazed by the array of brightly coloured marine life. Above water, you can take boat rides, tour on a jet-ski or stand-up paddleboard. You can even kayak up the river on Raiatea Island for an experience of the jungle.

A culinary tour

There is more to Le Taha’a than just the pristine beaches, palm trees and reefs. We also aim to delight you with the range and quality of food we offer. The resort’s main restaurant, Le Vanille, is high up in the trees and with a terrific view over the gardens and lagoon. Enjoy a wide range of local and international food for breakfast or dinner.

Enjoy lunch at La Plage, served al fresco on the beach, as the name suggests. Specialities include scrumptious salads, sashimi and Tahiti’s famous dish, ‘poisson cru’, a salad made with tuna that is marinated in lime juice, vegetables and coconut milk. Delicious!

Treat yourself with a visit to The Ohiri restaurant. The gourmet food is a fusion of French and Polynesian cuisine, served with wines from our exceptional cellar.
