Jumby Bay Island

Jumby Bay Island

An idyllic Antiguan hideaway, Jumby Bay Island offers guests luxury accommodation, stunning scenery and a laid-back atmosphere. Whether you’re walking barefoot on the beach, eating under the stars, or relaxing by the pool, you’re bound to have an unforgettable stay in this picturesque resort.

A stylish way to stay

Accommodation at Jumby Bay Island comes in the form of octagonal-shaped cottages with private terraces, offering breathtaking views over the Caribbean Sea. Rooms are furnished in a traditional yet opulent style, featuring four-poster beds, private courtyards and outdoor showers. You can also opt for elegant and spacious suites with separate bedrooms, living rooms and bathrooms.

Eating and drinking

Food at Jumby Bay Island is made from locally-sourced ingredients and fresh produce. A perfect example is the Veranda Restaurant and Bar, which serves tapas-style lunch plates and international dishes based around freshly-caught seafood. For light lunches, smoothies, snacks and cocktails, you can choose from the Pool Grille or The Jumby Bay Beach. Fine dining takes place in the Estate House Restaurant and 1830 Bar, located in a restored plantation house. Here, you can enjoy exquisite food in the main dining room, in one of the three private areas or in the wine room.

Activites

The hotel offers a variety of activities for enjoyment and wellness. As well as a choice of swimming pools, various watersport equipment and a fully equipped gym is available. If you want to explore the surrounding scenery, there are three miles of hiking and biking trails on offer. You can also choose from a range of relaxing spa treatments inspired by traditional healing methods, including a bamboo massage which includes herbs from the hotel’s gardens.

Kids are catered for at Camp Jumby, where activities include art, nature tours, a rainforest zipline and music classes with native instruments.

Jumby Bay Island is for couples and families who want a luxury holiday in beautiful surroundings, with plenty of activities available.
