Pangkor Laut Resort

Pangkor Laut Resort

On the Strait of Malacca, a few miles from Malaysia’s west coast, lies a private island. Pangkor Laut Resort can be found here, amidst the rainforest. It’s a tropical oasis, abundant in white sand beaches, lapped by glittering, turquoise waters. Elegant wooden villas blend seamlessly into the ancient rainforest landscape, offering deluxe accommodation among breathtaking scenery and superb facilities.

Perched over the sea

Accommodation options range from garden and beach villas, which offer light, airy and luxurious accommodation with all modern amenities, to our signature sea villas, perched directly over the water on wooden stilts. There are also spa villas which enjoy direct access to the spa and swimming pool, or for the ultimate in comfort and style, opulent suites offer expansive spaces, delightful decor and incredible sea views. All villas and suites have spacious outdoor terraces or balconies.

A Cove or Kitchen Feast

A wide range of culinary delights is available to guests at Pangkor Laut. Feast Village offers a selection of food from the Asia-Pacific region, with local delicacies a speciality each evening. There’s also a relaxed cafe and patisserie, as well as a wine cellar and chef’s table. Uncle Lim’s Kitchen showcases Chinese dishes, while upmarket Fisherman’s Cove serves up the freshest local fish in a smart, sophisticated setting.

The Straits is another refined eatery, offering diners the chance to savour flawlessly executed Asian cuisine. Take your table on the sand when you book a private dining experience, or eat Asian or international food by the pool at Royal Bay Beach Club. Chapman’s and Jamu Bars are there to quench your thirst, offering light dishes and snacks alongside a great range of drinks.

Healing hands

Spa Village Pangkor Laut offers a comprehensive range of treatments, all devised in line with the spa’s philosophy of drawing upon local ingredients and healing practices. The complex’s range of facilities and treatments aim to rebalance, refresh and rejuvenate - in a beautifully romantic setting.
