Hacienda Zorita Wine Hotel & Spa, Spain

Hacienda Zorita Wine Hotel & Spa, Spain

Hacienda Zorita offers a holiday destination with a difference - and within easy reach. This wine hotel and spa is situated in North Western Spain in Salamanca, which lies in the heart of the Duero Valley - one of Europe’s most famed and fertile wine regions. The mild climate and proximity to Europe’s largest wine river makes for some fine Spanish wines.

Hacienda-style

Rooms, suites and villas make up the comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation options at the Hacienda Zorita hotel. All feature king or twin beds, valet parking for your hire car, LCD TVs - and, of course, your very own wine fridge. Suites have designated chill-out areas, while villas also have private terraces and plunge pools. All rooms are spacious, immaculate and decorated in authentic Spanish style, in keeping with hotel’s history.

Farm, river and vineyard

With views over the Tormes river either side, Zorita’s Kitchen in La Casa Grande is inspired by the monks’ refectory. The food, however, is very much a twenty-first-century experience, offering ‘farm-to-table’ gastronomic delights. Choose from the Concordia Menu, Tapas Experience, Winemaker’s Table or even Super Heroes - a dedicated children’s menu.

At Los Jardines de Hacienda Zorita, nature and food combine to delicious effect. Dine al fresco among the cypress trees and savour the views as much as the delectable fare. Then, of course, there’s The Wine Bar. Situated in La Casa Grande, fine wines, cocktails and spirits are the order of the night. This cosy, convivial, and rather special spot is open until 1am.

Holistic Hacienda

The Wine and Olive Spa at Hacienda Zorita is the hotel’s oasis of wellness and relaxation. Located in a former water - and later, flour - mill, the spa draws on traditional therapies to create a healthy, holistic and balancing experience that’s tailored specifically to your needs.
