Treatments at FORESTIS Spa also takes these four elements of nature as a foundation and combines them with four trees: mountain pine, spruce, larch and stone pine. Experience a couples treatment ceremony that begins with a purifying mountain pine scrub, followed by a holistic cleansing ritual and a revitalising massage with aromatic forest oils. A forest salt bath and a steam bath then help to relax and warm the body.

When to travel
There's no best time to visit the Dolomites; the region delights all year. July to September are the warmest but temperatures are cool enough for an active summer break. There's snow December to April and temperatures can drop to -10°C, but the dry air makes this surprisingly comfortable.
