&Beyond Bateleur Camp

&Beyond Bateleur Camp

Located in the legendary Masai Mara, &Beyond Bateleur is an intimate safari camp offering the ultimate in African wildlife encounters. Guests stay in luxury tented accommodation, while taking the opportunity to spot the ‘big five’ or witness the Great Migration. As well as animal encounters, the camp offers visitors the chance to explore the African bush and discover more about the local Masai tribal people. You can even take a trip in a hot air balloon for magnificent aerial views over the sweeping plains.

Luxury camping that caters for everyone

Accommodation at &Beyond Bateleur comprises a range of luxurious tented suites, including one family tented suite that is interconnected. There are two camps, each with nine suites, and butler service is offered to cater to your every need. Children can take part in the camp’s Wild Child programme, which aims to introduce youngsters to the African bush from an early age.

Every amenity

All the amenities you could wish for are available on site at &Beyond Bateleur. There is a camp swimming pool, right on the edge of the mighty Masai Mara, plus an African massage sala and a fully equipped fitness room. The signature shop sells traditional, locally made crafts that make great gifts and souvenirs, and you can spot wildlife in the far distance thanks to the Swarovski binoculars that are provided on a complimentary basis for use during your stay. WiFi, meanwhile, will help you to connect with the wider world.

Bateleur experiences

From dining under the vast African skies to early morning game drives or trips into a traditional local village, there is plenty to keep all the family busy at &Beyond Bateleur. You can go animal spotting on foot or by vehicle, or take to the skies in a hot air balloon. Dine out by the Mara river or immerse yourself in Masai culture - the choice is yours.
