Alila Diwa Goa

Alila Diwa Goa

The fascinating and scenic state of Goa is the setting for Alila Diwa, a hotel nestled among lush, picturesque rice paddies. Alila Diwa Goa combines contemporary Goan architecture with ancient cultural traditions to create a resort that showcases the very best of this special destination.

Diwa design

The use of rich teak wood, Kota, red laterite stone and brass combine to create a welcoming ambience that is enhanced by broad verandas and elevated, pitched roofs. Inside, the interior design successfully reflects Goan values. Simple furnishings of pale wood designed along clean lines complement the rooms and suites that appear to flow outwards towards the surrounding environment. Relaxing neutral tones are offset by luxury bed linen and latticed screens in rich, deep reds and browns. Complimentary amenities available to all guests at Alila Diwa include WiFi throughout, morning yoga sessions, bi-daily film screenings, kids and teen clubs and a beach shuttle service.

Diwa Dining

Eating and drinking is one of the highlights of any trip to India, and Alila Diwa is no exception. Bistro opens early and offers all-day dining with a poolside setting, while Vivo is open 24 hours and serves up Indian, Oriental and Continental specialities with a view of both the pool and surrounding rice paddies. The Edge is a poolside bar open between mid-morning and early evening, and later you can retire to the Courtyard bar, a speakeasy style venue showcasing the alchemy of taste. In the evening you can also sample dishes from all over India at Spice Studio.

Spa Alila

The spa at Alila Diwa aims to offer treatments and experiences that are based on natural therapies and ingredients, designed to rebalance and restore your body, mind and soul. With the aim of restoring natural balance and optimum wellbeing, the spa also offers wellness programmes that are easy to follow, yet highly effective.
