Backwaters, Beaches and Wellness

Kerala in the south is quite unmissable. Cited as one of ten ‘Paradises Found’ by National Geographic Traveler, this land of backwaters, beaches and waterfalls is a get-away-from-it-all place where elephants still roam free.

But if you really want to experience ‘authentic’ Kerala, why not treat yourself to an Ayurvedic session, the ancient Indian science which deals with the well-being of the spirit, body and mind. After all enlightenment and India go hand in hand!

And of course the west coast beaches of cosmopolitan Goa are simply perfect for getting your breath back, possibly only surpassed by an award-winning spa resort in the Himalayas.
