Royal Galapagos Cruises

Royal Galapagos Cruises

Royal Galapagos Cruises offer a range of options for those seeking the perfect luxury cruise around the Galapagos Islands. The vessels vary in size and the cruises vary in length but one thing you can be sure of is that you’ll spend every moment in a state of wonder and delight. The accommodation is sumptuous, the service is second to none and, whichever cruise you opt for, you can rest assured that it will be planned to perfection down to the very last detail.

Choose your vessel

Choose from the relatively small yet powerful Cormorant Catamaran, which houses just 16 people and features panoramic windows and private balconies, or the sleek and sporty Grand Majestic Yacht, specially designed for private charters. Alternatively, try the Infinity Luxury Yacht which is modern, stylish and ultra-indulgent. Each boasts excellent service from its friendly and knowledgeable staff and has its own special touches, making each vessel unique to itself.

If you’re looking for that added feel of luxury, embark on the Alia Catamaran with its elegant lounge area and open-air jacuzzi. For families, the Reina Silvia Yacht offers connecting rooms and also boasts a whale-spotting deck and a swim platform at the back from which you can snorkel or kayak to your heart’s content.

Choose your adventure

Numerous itineraries are available with Royal Galapagos Cruises so you are able to select the one which suits you best. Wherever your interests lie Royal Galapagos Cruises has it all.

Thanks to the fleet’s expert guides, you will be treated to the most fulfilling excursions available. Trek through the verdant forests of Fernandina, soak up the sun on the red volcanic sands of Rabida or witness the spectacular array of bird life on Genovesa. For more marine-based adventures, you can even snorkel with native sea lions at Espanola or colonies of penguins at Isabela.

When to travel
The Galapagos are a year round destination, with wildlife active at all times of the year, do bear in mind however that certain types of wildlife are easier to spot at certain times of year. If you’re cruising, seas are generally choppier and rougher in August and September. For mainland Ecuador the climate and times to visit are similar to Peru although you should be prepared for four seasons within a day whenever you travel.
How to get there
There are no direct flights from the UK to Ecuador, however British Airways partners Iberia operate daily flights from London to Quito via Madrid. Alternative flights from regional airports via European hubs are also available.
