Park Hyatt Mallorca

Park Hyatt Mallorca

This traditionally-styled Mallorcan retreat is just the place to get away from it all. Situated in one of the island’s natural valleys, the Park Hyatt Mallorca offers pure escapism and unique experiences with a local flavour. From fine food and wine to the Serenitas Spa, the aim is to delight each and every guest.

Calm and character

Accommodation at Park Hyatt, Mallorca comprises 126 generously proportioned rooms and 16 lavish suites. Each has a furnished, private terrace, boasting breathtaking views over the Canyamel Valley. Elegant marble bathrooms contain sumptuous Bottega Veneta products, while rooms are supplied with a tablet device and high-speed Wi-Fi. A palate of creams creates the decor, with touches of terracotta and blue here and there, adding warmth and character. Some suites feature a whirlpool or their own garden, and all rooms have the luxury of a walk-in wardrobe.

From Asia to Balearic

Brand new from March 2019, Voro Restaurant promises to reinvent local dishes, using the best available produce and with more than a nod to Mediterranean cuisine. Balearic, meanwhile, offers a choice of two enticing menus - Spanish or Mediterranean - which have both been designed to give the diner a whole new gastronomic experience. Take a culinary trip to South East Asia at Asia restaurant, which features a divine garden terrace with sweeping views over the valley and sea. Let the Tapas Bar delight your senses, with appetising tapas dishes and fine wines and cocktails created by an expert mixologist.

Get active - or be pampered

All hotel guests benefit from free access to the Cap Vermell Country Club, which is adjacent to the resort. It offers group fitness classes, a well-equipped gym, and a large indoor swimming pool. There are a number of golf courses near the hotel, and of course the spa offers gorgeous pampering rituals and massage, using treatments based on Mallorcan herbs, fruits and minerals.
