Estancia Peuma Hue

Estancia Peuma Hue

Rustic, charming and quintessentially Patagonian, Estancia Peuma Hue is an intimate eco-lodge within the Nahuel Huapi National Park, Argentina's breathtakingly beautiful Lake District. The estancia's 500-acre site is just half an hour's drive from Bariloche and Catedral ski resort, and sits at the southern end of the lovely Lake Gutiérrez, and boasts 25 miles of hiking trails and two miles of pristine coastline on the lake.

In tune with nature

Surrounded by mountain trails, tumbling waterfalls, crystal clear creeks and majestic forests, are all accessible from the guest rooms and private villas that make up this superbly located property. Rooms are grouped in two traditionally-crafted buildings and are homely and finished with the woven fabrics and wooden furniture typical of Patagonia. With added luxuries such as Jacuzzi, balconies with stunning vistas, and glass roofed bathrooms, you will be delighted by the blend of modern amenities and authentic design. Two private villas also provide seclusion and privacy whilst still being close to the main lodge.

Fresh produce

Eating at Estancia Peuma Hue is a convivial experience and delicious fresh produce from the hotel's organic garden, orchard and greenhouse takes centre stage. The cuisine is healthy, balanced and delicious, and meals are accompanied by microbrew beers and superb regional wines.

Superb range of activities

Exploring this amazing area couldn't be easier. With stabling and pasture for the Estancia Peuma Hue’s own horses on site, enjoy the delights of a meandering horseback ride, or follow the wonderful local mountain trails on foot to immerse yourself in the incredible variety of flora and fauna in this lush and verdant landscape. Fishing, kayaking and boat rides are all popular daytime activities here and the wellbeing centre offers regular yoga sessions, holistic healing massages, and meditation.

Replenish your mind, body and soul in an idyllic mountain setting here at Estancia Peuma Hue.
