Aman Sveti Stefan

Aman Sveti Stefan

Pink sands, pine clad mountains and the deep, clear blue sea beckon from the sun-soaked coastline of Montenegro. This luxury island resort comprises an 80-acre estate, yet this sumptuous hideaway is just 40 minutes’ drive from Tivat airport. We offer refined dining, our ‘temple of wellbeing’, a stunning clifftop pool and breathtaking views over the bay, with accommodation in restored stone buildings.

Character and charm

Set among cobbled lanes and stately courtyards, Aman Sveti Stefan’s range of accommodation includes rooms, suites and cottages. Our Village rooms are spacious yet have a cosy feel thanks to the warmth and character within, while Cottages are styled as authentic Montenegrin fishermen’s homes. Some Deluxe Cottages feature a separate living area, while all Grand Cottages have a dedicated reception room. The larger two-bedroom Deluxe Cottage boasts a private terrace overlooking the bay, while the three-bed Village Suite consists of two duplex buildings, linked by an intimate courtyard. Superb views of the Adriatic from three terraces grace our Adriatic Suite, while the signature Sveti Stefan Suite offers a private swimming pool and steam room - well as stunning sea views.

Fine, local fare

Villa Milocer forms part of the Sveti Stefan estate and houses the Dining Room. The restaurant showcases top-quality Montenegrin produce, including the freshest fish and seafood, and pasture-fed beef. At the sociable, open-air Piazza, you can enjoy a selection of antipasti and fine wines, as well as local delicacies. The Aman restaurant chefs travel far and wide to source the very best ingredients and are always delighted to share their stories with guests.

From clifftop to shore

Enjoy a stroll along Montenegro’s finest beach, searching for secret coves and shore life, or enjoy a dip in the clifftop pool. If you want to feel like royalty, let our Aman Spa therapists pamper you. Or head out to explore the Adriatic coast, with its rich culture, history, flora and fauna.

When to travel
The climate of Croatia is classifed as Csa Climate; a warm temperate Mediterranean climate with dry, warm summers and moderate, wet winters with the warmest month above 22°C over average. And Montenegro has a similar climate being on the coast but with alpine conditions in the mountains, the average summer coastal temperature tends to be more around 27°C (81°F) which is peak season (Jul-Aug), when the majority of visitors travel.
How to get there
Flying to Croatia’s Dubrovnik Airport is easier than you imagine, fly scheduled with British Airways or opt for a charter or low-cost carrier that offer a direct service from the UK with a flying time of about 3 hours. For Montenegro, it’s Tivat Airport you would fly into with Easyjet or Montenegro Airlines, who offer a great little service from the UK. Flying time to Tivat is just over 3 hours.
