Raffles Resort Canouan is probably the closest you’ll get to the Costa Smeralda anywhere in the West Indies. It combines tropical escapism with Italian glamour and

And after dark the choice is almost as wide, although the ambience is always decidedly elegant. After signature Bellinis and tapas in the bar, guests can choose between the aristocratic Euro-Italian cuisine of La Piazza, the ethnic specialities of Jambu’s or the
gourmet European fare of La Varenne. Many guests find that rounding the evening off in the casino completes the James Bond fantasy perfectly.
