Non-motorised water sports like windsurfing, canoeing and snorkelling are here too, as well as deep-sea fishing, boat excursions, floodlit tennis, a swimming pool and the Wellbeing Centre for massages. Yet many people come to Desroches simply to relax and the guest rooms are certainly conducive to this. Evenings here are just as memorable, usually beginning with sundowners in the Bar L’Amirante (the sunsets are amazing) and culminating in a Creole or French-inspired dinner in the Restaurant Le Veloutier.
