The contract for the provision of your holiday is governed by
and construed in accordance with English law. Each party submits to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts to settle any
claim or matter arising under or in connection with the contract or
the holiday generally.
If any part of this contract is found by a competent authority
to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then that provision shall
be deemed not to be a part of this contract and it shall not affect
the enforceability of the remainder of this contract. No term of
this contract is enforceable pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of
Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a party to it.
