6. Changes By You To A Booking Whilst Abroad

We regret that no credit or refund is possible for any unused services provided in your chosen holiday. If you decide to alter your travel arrangements whilst abroad, this is your own responsibility and the Company or the Company's agents are not responsible for and shall have no liability in respect of additional costs incurred by you, delays, unused services or difficulties that may arise with onward travel as a result of such alterations.

The Company shall have no liability in respect of and no credit or refund is possible for any documents which are lost, mislaid, stolen or destroyed while in your possession.
