Sophisticated yet understated, the accommodation is set right on the beach or stilted over the lagoon. If you opt for the former you’ll probably fall in love with your villa with its exotic pool, outdoor bathtub and private beach cabana, but you’re sure to be completely swept away by the additional space on offer in the suites. The over-water villas feature infinity-edge pools, glasspaneled floors for observing marine life and steps into the lagoon if you want to get that bit closer, whilst twobedroom Grand Water and Grand Beach Pavilions are available for those fancying additional refinements like steam rooms and Jacuzzis. When it comes to dining, Austrian chef Egon Aichinger prepares one-of-a-kind dishes in three restaurants
